Amazon staff in the US received a warning email from the firm for not spending enough time in the office after their attendance was tracked. Some employees were told they were "not currently meeting our expectation of joining your colleagues in the office at least three days a week."

Huawei shows topline growth for first time in three years

After years of shrinking sales, Huawei appears to have turned the corner, reporting 3.1% revenue growth in the first half. It posted sales of 310.9 billion Chinese yuan (US$43 billion), the first topline growth since 2020.
