Ilex is excited to participate in Capacity Middle East 2021 Reconnect this year. We’ve been serving clients in the Middle East for nearly a decade so it’s always a pleasure to be a part of this event. We have tremendous success in supporting the growth of our clients in the Middle East, as well as global businesses entering the region.
This year our director and co-founder, Matthew Whalley, will be moderating Capacity Media’s panel ‘The Era of Data-on-Demand Services: Delivering Comprehensive End-to-End Customer Experiences.’
The panel will take place on 29th March at 14:00 pm GST.
Disruptive game-changers such as SD-WAN have evolved from the early adopter stage and entered the growth stage. At the same time, Data-on-Demand services are boosted by the roll-out of 5G networks, creating unprecedented ways of connecting with partners and customers. Data services are driving the need for digital transformation in OSS/BSS, shifting focus to an end-to-end telco and enterprise customer experience, with customers expecting quoting and delivery processes to be as simple and seamless as click-to-connect networking.
The challenge is to match agile and software-centric network services with back-office systems that move with increased speed and scalability. Many telcos are having to integrate new data services with existing systems and are struggling to deliver cohesive and consistent customer experiences.
Panel Participants
- Artur Ostrowski, CCO, Enxoo
- Sander Barens, CCO, Expereo
- Finn Kornbo, Director Product Management, Digital Wholesale at CSG
- Taufiq Hussien, Chief Business Development Officer at IX Teleco
- Abou Moustafa, Vice President Enterprise Fixed, Broadcast at du
They will be discussing the business implications for telcos adopting and deploying connectivity and Data-on-Demand services, the impact of these market dynamics, and how to deliver comprehensive end-to-end customer experiences.
