Ilex Content Strategies will be at Mobile World Congress again this year and it would be great to meet you. We’re excited to talk about #IntelligentConnectivity as high-speed 5G networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and big data all become a reality.
The challenge will be for mobile network operators and carriers to find ways to tap into these opportunities and go from offering generic services to specific solutions. 2019 is again a year of massive change in mobile and it will be great to be on the ground in Barcelona.
Our director Matthew Whalley will be moderating a panel discussion entitled, “RCS Business Messaging: Intelligently Transforming Consumer Experiences”. It will look at how rich communication services (RCS) are changing how brands engage with consumers and offer new experiences.
RCS Business Messaging enables consumers to interact with all of their brands in one place, on their native messaging app. Fully branded interactive rich experiences are personalised and trusted resulting in the highest levels of customer satisfaction and increased sales.
The panel will include representatives from Google, Virgin Trains, Broxel, Deutsche Telekom and more.
In the past Ilex has created content focused on Application to Person (A2P) messaging and RCS for both Tata Communications and the i3forum. The panel is an opportunity to use both our background in marketing as well as telecoms to talk about the future of communications.
