Ilex Content Strategies is pleased to be able to offer its first PRCA PR Apprenticeship, a new addition to the existing successful apprenticeship scheme run by Ilex.
The PRCA is the world’s largest and most influential PR professional body. The apprenticeship it offers, alongside employers, is a grade 4 qualification, equivalent to a foundation level degree. You can find out more about the apprenticeship itself here.
Ilex Content Strategies is a boutique content and communications agency based in Chichester, West Sussex. Until the pandemic we had a central location in this walled Roman city. At present we are operating remotely and happy for this hire to be remote going forward so geography isn’t a barrier for the best candidate.
We serve B2B technology and telecoms companies around the world with clients in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
As an apprentice you will get real practical experience from day one and no two days will ever be the same. There will be plenty of variety in work as well as across accounts as we combine Editorial Content, PR, Social Media and Advertising to achieve our clients’ business objectives.
Office hours are 9am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. On Fridays we stop at 4.30pm for weekly office drinks and every Christmas and summer we take our social outings very seriously, despite lockdown restrictions.
The team attends a quarterly virtual wellbeing session with a local company called Guiding Minds to foster mental wellbeing and provide resilience training.
This apprenticeship at Ilex Content will best suit somebody who is a confident and independent self-starter, with an interest in technology and a desire to work for a variety of clients across the world in the B2B space.
Ilex very much hopes its apprentices join the team permanently after successful completion of the apprenticeship. It’s a great time to join as we have just taken on some exciting new clients and are shaping and growing the team accordingly.
