kT signs up for new apac submarine cable
KT has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with real estate consulting firm Savills to build a new submarine cable system for the Asia Pacific region. Savill’s will reportedly conduct asset management duties, such as contracting, licensing, and attracting investors, while KT will take the lead on the construction and operation of the new cable network.

foreign office target of 'serious cyber incident'
The UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) was the target of a "serious cyber-security incident", it has emerged. Cyber-security firm BAE Systems Applied Intelligence was called on for "urgent support". The BBC understands unidentified hackers got inside the FCDO systems, but were detected.

Apple plans to introduce a number of changes to make it harder to misuse AirTags to track someone. The button-sized devices are designed to work with Apple's 'Find My' network to locate lost items.
